一、试验目的及范围用低温氰化方法增加高速钢工具的表面硬度,从而提高使用寿命,多年来被广泛地采用着。近年来,由于硫化工艺的出现,认为硫化处理可以改进接触表面的磨擦性质(不增加表面硬度),从而提高了工具的耐用程度。两种论点,在提高耐磨性质的根源方面,截然不同,处理后的实际使用效果,究竟有若何差异,为本试验的主要探讨方向。
