在短跑教学中,为了改进和完善途中跑技术,常采用一些跑的专门性练习,如小步跑、高抬腿跑、后蹬跑等,以此发展学生腿部力量,改善步幅和步频,提高短跑成绩。而掌握后蹬跑技术对纠正途中跑中后蹬不充分、坐着跑、步幅过小、摆臂不积极等缺点有着非常积极的作用,对练习者提高途中跑技术也有很大帮助。但后蹬跑技术掌握起来相对难度较大,教材内容也较枯燥,如何让学生积极主动的学习,掌握好后蹬跑技术很值得我们思考。
