本文报道从炎性和外伤性关节炎患者的关节滑液和血清中检出白细胞介素6(IL-6)并发现IL-6与关节炎的活动性有关。研究对象为14名关节炎患者。其中9例类风湿性关节炎,2例牛皮癣关节病,2例Reiter 氏病,1例单关节炎。另有16名健康者作为对照,用IL-6依赖性鼠杂交瘤细胞系B13·29克隆B9测定IL-6。结果:14名患者关节滑液中IL-6浓度为50～22 000U/ml。炎性关节炎患者的IL-6浓度高于创伤性关节炎患者,但差别不显著(0.1>P>0.05)。对照者的血清IL-6
This article reports the detection of interleukin-6 (IL-6) from synovial fluid and serum from patients with inflammatory and traumatic arthritis and the finding that IL-6 is involved in the activity of arthritis. The subjects were 14 arthritis patients. Among them, 9 cases of rheumatoid arthritis, 2 cases of psoriatic arthrosis, 2 cases of Reiter’s disease, 1 case of single arthritis. Another 16 healthy individuals served as controls, and IL-6 was assayed using the IL-6-dependent murine hybridoma cell line B13.29 clone B9.
