本文针对ＰＭＣ模型最佳设计Ｄδｔ设计的系统级诊断提出一种诊断算法，命名为ＳＩ诊断算法，该算法充分利用了Ｄδ．ｔ设计系统图是ｔ次正则图的特点，计算复杂性为Ｏ（ｎ２）。
Aiming at the system-level diagnosis of Dδt design, which is the best design of PMC model, a diagnostic algorithm named SI is proposed, which makes full use of Dδ. t design system diagram is t times the regular graph features, the computational complexity of O (n2).
