本文针对塑料桶的各项参数分析问题,建立了桶的结构与液体的密度、环境温度、体积以及压强对于桶壁厚变化等问题的一系列目标方程。首先对于圆桶进行结构分析,找出圆桶的各个参数,然后根据无矩理论分别对液体体积,密度和温度与塑料桶的结构之间的关系进行的分析。并在Mises屈服条件的前提下,对屈服方程进行代入积分,再由边界条件求出应变关系从而得出径向外力的关系,再根据边界条件得出自增强压力的方程表达式,最后再由桶外壁的环向应变得出内压的方程式,从中找出压力与桶的结构关系。
In this paper, a series of objective equations are established for various parameters of plastic buckets, such as the structure of the barrel, the density of the liquid, the ambient temperature, the volume and the pressure variation on the barrel wall. Firstly, the structure of the drum is analyzed to find out the parameters of the drum. Then, the relationship between the liquid volume, density and temperature and the structure of the plastic drum is respectively analyzed according to the momentless theory. Then the yield equation is substituted into the integral under the premise of Mises yield condition, then the relationship between the radial external forces is obtained by calculating the strain relation by the boundary conditions, and then the equation of self-enhancing pressure is obtained according to the boundary conditions. Finally, The circumferential strain of the outer wall gives the equation of internal pressure, from which the relationship between pressure and the structure of the barrel is found out.
