对脊髓小脑束各群神经元中的AChE阳性及阴性细胞加以研究。对照组2只动物分别单纯显示脊髓内AChE阳性神经元及被HRP标记的脊髓小脑束神经元。结果表明,各群脊髓小脑束起始细胞中,均含有不同程度活性的AChE。约有52%的中央颈核细胞具有较弱活性的AChE;约有55%的背核被标记神经元含有中弱活性的AChE;“脊髓边缘细胞”内有近67%的神经元具有中等以上活性的AChE。各群脊髓小脑束神经元中AChE细胞所占比例及AChE含量各有所不同,这可能与脊髓小脑各束的不同功能有关。
AChE-positive and -negative cells in various neurons of the spinocerebellar tract were studied. Two animals in the control group showed pure AChE-positive neurons in the spinal cord and spinocerebellar neurons labeled with HRP, respectively. The results showed that each group of spinal cord cerebellar bundle initiating cells, containing varying degrees of activity of AChE. Approximately 52% of the central nucleated cells have weaker AChE activity; about 55% of the dorsal nuclei contain marked weakly active AChE in the labeled neurons; and nearly 67% of neurons in the “marginal cells of the spinal cord” Active AChE. The proportion of AChE cells and the AChE content in each group of spinocerebellar neurons were different, which may be related to the different functions of the cerebella of the cerebrum.
