2004年,我们全面贯彻“三个代表”重要思想,认真落实党的十六届三中、四中全会精神,在宏调大环境下实现了大发展,在大竞争压力下取得了大进步。全区综合治理、计划生育、民营经济、工业化、招商引资、农业等多项工作跨入省、市先进行列。2005年,我区将紧紧围绕建设“新珠晖”的目标,努力推进全区各项事业更快更好发展。总体思路是:坚持以工业化总揽经济工作全局,以招商为手段,以项目为载体,以民营为主体,以拓城为拉力,以民生为根本,推动全区经济和社会事业
