随着高等职业教育的快速发展,青年教师在高职院校教师队伍中的比重越来越大,如何建设思想素质过硬、业务能力强的青年教师队伍,直接关系着高职院校的兴衰与可持续发展。笔者结合自身经验和对此类问题的不断反思与探究,提出对年轻教师教学的优势与劣势的几点认识,并从职业道德、教学能力和心理等方面论述高职院校青年教师素质提升的途径。 With the rapid development of higher vocational education, the proportion of young teachers in the ranks of teachers in higher vocational colleges is growing. How to build up a contingent of young teachers with excellent ideological qualifications and strong professional competence is directly related to the rise and decline of higher vocational colleges sustainable development. Based on my own experience and constant reflection and exploration on such issues, the author puts forward some cognitions on the advantages and disadvantages of young teachers’ teaching, and discusses the improvement of the quality of young teachers in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of professional ethics, teaching ability and psychology way.
