目的观察香菇多糖联合顺铂对Lewis荷瘤小鼠肿瘤细胞凋亡的影响。方法选用小鼠Lewis肺癌肿瘤细胞株(1×107)皮下注射接种,制作肿瘤动物模型后,随机分为正常对照组、肿瘤对照组、香菇多糖组、顺铂组、香菇多糖加顺铂组,进行光、电镜形态学观察。结果形态学观察治疗组与对照组比较,肿瘤团块较小,异型性不明显,病理性核分裂和间质血管较少,淋巴细胞浸润明显。电镜下均可见凋亡小体形成,其中以香菇多糖加顺铂组最明显。结论香菇多糖具有协同顺铂抗肺癌作用,其作用机制是通过诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡及刺激淋巴细胞增生的作用而实现的。
Objective To observe the effect of lentinan and cisplatin on the apoptosis of Lewis tumor-bearing mice. Methods Mouse Lewis lung carcinoma cell line (1 × 107) was inoculated subcutaneously for tumor models and then divided into normal control group, tumor control group, lentinan group, cisplatin group, lentinan plus cisplatin group, Light and electron microscopy morphological observation. Results Morphological observation Compared with the control group, the tumor mass was small, the atypia was not obvious, the pathological mitosis and interstitial blood vessels were less and the infiltration of lymphocytes was obvious. Under electron microscope, apoptotic bodies could be seen, of which the most obvious was lentinan plus cisplatin. Conclusion Lentinan has synergistic effect of cisplatin against lung cancer, and its mechanism is through the induction of tumor cell apoptosis and stimulation of lymphocyte proliferation.
