本文介绍了自行研制的一种低频脉冲电磁场颌骨愈合仪,该仪大小为11.2cm×7.4cm×3.6cm,利用特制的可塑形治疗线圈安置于颌骨骨折部位,在治疗线圈中通以频率为2.2Hz的脉冲方波电流,使其在骨折部位激发出低频脉冲电磁场,线圈几何中心磁场平均值约为1.9Gs,动物实验结果表明该仪有明显促进骨愈合的作用,临床应用颌骨骨折15例也取得了满意疗效,在机理上作者支持第二信使学说,即电磁场可能是通过激活骨折处成软骨细胞的溶菌酶来促进新骨生长的。
