高等学校是人员高度密集的场所,也是危机易发的高危地区。校园危机具有突发性、危害性、紧急性、不确定性、转化性等特点,对师生的生命健康、教育教学秩序或社会秩序构成了威胁。高校要注重从心理学视角研究的危机事件,掌握应对方法和技巧,积极开展危机教育,构建危机预防和干预体系,使用心理援助的理论与技术,善于对常见心理危机进行识别与评估,遵循科学化的原则进行干预。管理和干预校园危机,要把保护和尊重学生利益放在第一位,把学生的满意当作第一标准。
Institutions of higher learning are highly staffed places and high-risk areas prone to crisis.
