目的:观察枳苓六妙口服液对疲劳雄性大鼠作用。方法:采用高(360 mg·kg~(-1))、中(118.3 mg·kg~(-1))、低(59.2mg·kg~(-1))不同剂量枳苓六妙口服液给正常wistar雄性大鼠连续灌胃6周,在给药2周、4周、6周后三个时间段,测定其力竭游泳时间和负重运动后雄性大鼠睾酮(T)、皮质酮(C)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E_2)和促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)的浓度。结果:与对照组比较,枳苓六妙口服液高、中剂量组在3周后均能明显延长雄性大鼠负重游泳时间(P<0.05或0.01);6周后,各组均能明显提高雄性大鼠血T浓度和LH浓度(P<0.05);高、中剂量组均能显著降低血中C水平(P<0.05);6周后,高剂量组能提高雄性大鼠FSH的浓度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);各剂量组对ACTH和E_2没有明显影响(P>0.05)。结论:枳苓六妙口服液中、高剂量组具有显著的抗疲劳作用,血清睾酮水平降低可能是疲劳发病机制的重要环节。
Objective: To observe the effect of Zhiliuolianmi Miao oral liquid on fatigue male rats. Methods: Different doses of Zhizhulin Liu Miao oral liquid (360 mg · kg -1), medium (118.3 mg · kg -1) and low (59.2 mg · kg -1) The normal wistar male rats were given gavage for 6 weeks continuously. The rats were sacrificed for swimming for 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 6 weeks after their exhaustive swimming time and testosterone (T) and corticosterone ), Follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), estradiol (E 2) and adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH). Results: Compared with the control group, the rats in high and medium dose of Zhili Ling Liu Miao oral liquid could significantly prolong the time of weight-bearing swimming in rats (P <0.05 or 0.01) after 3 weeks. After 6 weeks, (P <0.05). High and medium dose groups could significantly reduce the level of blood C (P <0.05). After 6 weeks, high dose group could increase the concentration of FSH in male rats, the difference was (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between ACTH and E 2 in each dose group (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The results showed that the anti-fatigue effect of Zhiliuolianliao Miao oral liquid group and high-dose group was significant, and the decrease of serum testosterone level may be an important part of the pathogenesis of fatigue.
