润滑油糠醛精制-催化裂化回炼油抽提组合工艺是利用润滑油糠醛精制装置的塔底抽出液为溶剂,在加或不加反抽提剂的情况下,对催化裂化回炼油进行抽提,抽余油返回催化裂化装置,抽出液返回润滑油糠醛精制溶剂回收装置。本文主要介绍了抽提小试实验,考察了剂油比、温度以及反抽提剂加入量等抽提条件对抽提效果的影响,得到了适宜的小试操作条件,为中试实验提供依据。实验结果表明:若抽出油仅作为橡胶填充油,则以抽出液为溶剂,抽提回炼油的适宜操作条件为:剂油比1.5,抽提塔顶温度70℃左右、塔底温度不高于50℃,不加反抽提剂。此时,抽余油收率为75%左右,抽余油饱和分含量由回炼油的55%提高到77%左右,抽余油的残炭为0.25%左右、总硫含量为900μg/g左右、总氮含量为550μg/g左右。抽出油中的芳烃分和胶质含量高于90%。若要提高抽出油中芳烃的含量,使之得到综合利用,应加入反抽提剂。

The experimental results show that if the extracted oil is only used as the rubber-filled oil, the optimum operating conditions for extraction of the refined oil are as follows: the oil-to-oil ratio is 1.5, the extraction temperature is about 70 ℃, the temperature at the bottom is not higher than 50 ℃, without anti-extraction agent. At this point, the raffinate oil yield was about 75%, raffinate oil content increased from 55% of the refinery oil to about 77%, raffinate residue carbon content of about 0.25%, the total sulfur content of about 900μg / g , Total nitrogen content of 550μg / g or so. Extraction of aromatic hydrocarbons in the oil and gum content of more than 90%. If you want to increase the content of aromatics in the extracted oil and make it comprehensive utilization, you should add anti-extraction agent.
