患者覃××,25岁,1978年9月2日行末次月经,停经两个月时有恶心、呕吐、纳差等妊娠反应。1978年12月31日起觉下腹部隐痛,自服“胃舒平”无效。1979年元月8日经门诊检查,诊断为中期妊娠。当天中午突然腹部剧痛,数分钟后呕吐一次,吐后即感头昏、眼花,接着昏倒在地,四肢冰冷和出汗,即收住院。患者平素身体健康,月经15岁初潮,周期(3～4)╱(28～30)天,量中等,无痛经史。体检:发育正
