针对航空发动机适航取证的安全性需求,对航空发动机CCAR33-R2.75适航条款进行了解读与分析,明确了该条款的验证要求和方法。将功能危险分析法、故障树分析法和故障模式与影响分析法运用到该验证方法中,并提出了航空发动机CCAR33-R2.75条款适航符合性验证的流程。最后对某型航空发动机进行实例分析,验证了发动机不可控火情对CCAR33-R2.75条款的符合性。该安全性验证方法能够为航空发动机CCAR33-R2.75条款适航符合性验证提供支持。
Aero-engine airworthiness certification for aviation safety requirements, the aero-engine CCAR33-R2.75 airworthiness terms are interpreted and analyzed, the provisions of the verification requirements and methods. The method of functional hazard analysis, fault tree analysis, failure mode and impact analysis are applied to the verification method. The verification process of airworthiness of CCAR33-R2.75 is put forward. Finally, an example of an aero-engine is conducted to verify the compliance of uncontrollable fire conditions to CCAR33-R2.75. This safety verification method supports airworthiness compliance verification of the aero-engine CCAR33-R2.75.
