[目的]研究氯氟吡氧乙酸和辛酰溴苯腈在玉米植株、土壤和籽粒中的残留分析方法。[方法]玉米植株、土壤和籽粒中的氯氟吡氧乙酸和辛酰溴苯腈经乙腈提取后,用SPE柱净化、浓缩、定容,用气相色谱仪进行测定。[结果]氯氟吡氧乙酸和辛酰溴苯腈的最小检出量分别为1.5×10-3、3×10-4 ng,最低检测质量分数分别为2×10-3、5×10-4 mg/kg,平均回收率在74.2%~110.5%之间,变异系数为0.74%~7.13%。[结论]该方法灵敏度、准确度、精密度符合农药残留分析的要求。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the residues analysis of flurbiprofen and octaclor in corn plant, soil and grain. [Method] Fluroxypyr and octaclor in corn plants, soil and kernels were extracted with acetonitrile and purified by SPE column. Concentration and volume were determined by gas chromatograph. [Results] The minimum detectable concentrations of fluropentafos and octaclor were 1.5 × 10-3 and 3 × 10-4 ng, respectively. The minimum detectable concentrations were 2 × 10-3 and 5 × 10- 4 mg / kg. The average recoveries ranged from 74.2% to 110.5% with coefficients of variation from 0.74% to 7.13%. [Conclusion] The sensitivity, accuracy and precision of this method met the requirements of pesticide residue analysis.
