通过特殊工艺,首先对水滑石(LDH)进行表面处理,生成无机核、有机壳的核壳结构。在此基础上,主要研究经表面处理和未经表面处理的水滑石对ABS复合材料力学性能、耐热性能、阻燃性能的影响,用SEM和TEM观察了ABS复合材料的冲击断面微观形貌和水滑石的分散情况。结果表明:经表面处理后的水滑石对复合材料力学性能的影响要好于未改性的水滑石;未经处理的水滑石对复合材料维卡软化温度有较大的提高;加入水滑石后,复合材料阻燃性能得到较大提高。
Through a special process, the surface of the hydrotalcite (LDH) is first treated to form an inorganic core and an organic shell core-shell structure. On this basis, the effects of surface treatment and non-surface treatment of hydrotalcite on the mechanical properties, heat resistance and flame retardancy of ABS composites were studied. The microstructure of ABS composite was observed by SEM and TEM And the dispersion of hydrotalcite. The results show that the surface treated hydrotalcite has a better effect on the mechanical properties than the unmodified hydrotalcite. The untreated hydrotalcite greatly increases the Vicat softening temperature of the composites. After adding hydrotalcite, The flame retardant properties of composite materials have been greatly improved.
