本文对我国和美国关于幼儿教师资格及认证体系的比较分析,通过结合我国的国情,寻找提高我国幼儿教师整体素质的方法。
This article compares the eligibility and certification system of kindergarten teachers in our country and the United States. By combining the national conditions of our country, we find ways to improve the overall quality of kindergarten teachers in our country.
