目的评价群体讲座对尘肺患者结核病的预防效果,为尘肺患者结核病的预防提供科学依据。方法采用统一设计的调查表收集尘肺患者结核病相关知识的认知情况、结核病相关信念的形成情况,对研究对象进行干预,应用卡方检验对干预效果进行评价分析。结果干预后尘肺结核各项相关知识的知晓率均有提高;尘肺结核各项相关信念的改变率也有所提高。结论群体讲座的健康教育方式对尘肺患者结核病相关知识、信念形成的作用效果显著。
Objective To evaluate the preventive effect of group lectures on tuberculosis in patients with pneumoconiosis and provide a scientific basis for the prevention of tuberculosis in patients with pneumoconiosis. Methods A uniform design questionnaire was used to collect the knowledge of tuberculosis-related knowledge and the formation of tuberculosis-related belief in patients with pneumoconiosis. Intervention was conducted on the subjects and the intervention effect was evaluated by chi-square test. Results After the intervention, the awareness rate of all relevant knowledge of pneumoconiosis increased; the rate of change of various related beliefs of pneumoconiosis also increased. Conclusion The health education methods of group lectures have a significant effect on the formation of tuberculosis-related knowledge and belief in patients with pneumoconiosis.
