随着《干部任用条例》的颁布实施,干部选拔任用工作逐步走上了制度化、规范化的轨道。但是,对干部选拔任用的监督仍然是个薄弱环节,监督主体缺位,监督标准模糊,监督手段有限,谁来监督、监督什么、如何监督的问题仍然没有得到很好解决。究其原因,既有认识问题,更有制度、体制和机制问题。我们认为,抓好对干部选拔任用工作全过程的监督,必须着力做好以下几项工作。
