胜利油田沾化发电厂长期用义和庄油田原油作为发电燃料(年烧原油45×10~4t),1991年油田在义和庄建成一座50×10~4t/a 燃料油处理装置,改为向沾化发电厂供渣油(>350℃后的塔底重油)发电。但由于渣油具有较高的凝点(或倾点)、粘度和屈服应力,管道输送相当困难。因而采取往渣油中掺入轻质原油进行外输。这种方法虽然可行,但原油掺入量甚高。为了合理应用石油资源,将义和庄油田外输原油经实沸点蒸馏切割,对>350℃的渣油添加 PAE降凝剂进行了实验研究,初步证实了在渣油中应用 PAE 降凝剂的可行性。
