我国改革开放以来,民营企业如雨后春笋般的迅速发展壮大,社会主义市场经济孕育了浩浩荡荡的千百万民营企业大军,目前已成为我国国民经济的重要组成部分,国民经济收入和就业安置在某些省份和地区占有重要地位和比重,为社会稳定和经济发展起到了不可替代的作用,为我国改革开放,社会主义市场经济的发展作出了突出贡献。 但从目前我国民营企业发展角度看,仍存在着一些发展中的问题。民营企业大体可归纳为三个类型,第一是家族式民营企业, Since the reform and opening up in our country, the private-owned enterprises have mushroomed and developed rapidly.
