据《Electronics Letters》1983年№7刊报道: 印度科技大学物理系的V.Kumar等提出了一种不需要Arrhenius图而直接测量激活能的新方法。从而避免了因传感器和样品之间的温差以及对样品温度的测量误差等引起的测量误差。并且降低了数据收集时间。大大简化了对深能级的研究工作。该方法是反复地给维持静态反相偏置的样品提供脉冲,使之达到零偏置。使用box
According to Electronics Letters, 1983, No. 7, reported: V. Kumar et al. Department of Physics, Indiana University of Science and Technology proposed a new method to directly measure the activation energy without Arrhenius plot.
