图书馆是高校发展的三大支柱之一,图书馆的建设在很大程度上决定着高校的发展步伐。因此,图书馆的人力资源配置问题是高校人事管理的重要内容,人力资源配置状况的好坏,直接影响着图书馆与学校的建设和发展。基于此,在剖析目前高校图书馆人力资源管理存在的弊端的基础上,提出通过改变传统用人制度、构建合理人才结构、建立健全激励机制、完善继续教育制度、积极营造用人环境、创建新型用人模式等措施,以优化高校图书馆人力资源的配置。
Library is one of the three pillars of the development of colleges and universities. The construction of libraries determines to a large extent the pace of the development of colleges and universities. Therefore, the issue of human resources allocation in libraries is an important part of personnel management in colleges and universities. The status of human resources allocation directly affects the construction and development of libraries and schools. Based on this, on the basis of analyzing the shortcomings of the current human resources management in university libraries, this paper proposes that by changing the traditional employment system, building a reasonable talent structure, establishing and perfecting the incentive mechanism, perfecting the system of continuing education, actively creating employment environment and creating a new employment model And other measures to optimize the allocation of human resources in university libraries.
