对67例非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(NIDDM)患者进行了系列血脂指标的测定,结果表明,疾病组男女患者高密度脂蛋白2(HDL_2-C)/高密度脂蛋白3((HDL_3-C)、HDL_2-C高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)/HDL-C三组脂蛋白比值水平与健康对照组差异非常显著(P<0.001～0.01),优于其它血脂指标。提示,三组脂蛋白比值水平可作为NIDDM并发动脉粥样硬化(AS)的危险因子。
Serum lipids were measured in 67 patients with non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM). The results showed that HDL-C / HDL-3-C, The levels of HDL-C, HDL-C and HDL-C in the three groups were significantly different from those in healthy controls (P <0.001-0.01) Lipid indicators.It suggested that the three groups of lipoprotein ratio levels can be used as a risk factor for NIDDM complicated with atherosclerosis (AS).
