以喷射沉积技术制备出了Mg-Al-Zn系合金沉积坯,然后对其挤压,并对其尺寸不均匀的挤压坯进行不同工艺的热处理,研究热处理工艺对其组织与性能不均匀性的影响。结果表明,热处理工艺可改善镁合金挤压坯组织及性能的不均匀性。经过热处理后挤压坯中的Al2Ca粒子数量、尺寸及分布的变化和Mg晶体轴比(c/a)的减少是改善镁合金组织与性能不均匀性的主要原因。
The Mg-Al-Zn alloy deposit was prepared by spray deposition technique, then extruded, and the extruded billets of different sizes were heat-treated by different processes. The effects of heat treatment on the microstructure and properties of the extruded billet were studied. Impact. The results show that the heat treatment process can improve the microstructure and properties of magnesium alloy extruded billet. After heat treatment, the changes of the number, size and distribution of Al2Ca particles in the extruded billet and the reduction of the c / a ratio of the Mg crystal axis are the main reasons for the improvement of the microstructure and properties of the magnesium alloy.
