根据内齿轮副的啮合条件和拉格朗日方程,在旋转坐标系中建立了转子—齿轮联轴器系统的弯扭耦合振动方程。对方程进行数值积分求解,结果表明,对于对中良好的轴系,弯扭耦合与弯扭解耦时其瞬态响应的低阶频率值非常接近;对于不对中轴系,弯扭耦合会产生偶数倍频的弯曲振动分量和奇数倍频的扭转振动分量。
According to the meshing conditions of internal gear pair and Lagrange equation, the torsional-torsional coupling vibration equations of the rotor-gear coupling system are established in the rotating coordinate system. The results of numerical integration show that the low-order frequency values of transient response are very close to each other for a well-centered shaft system when the torsional-torsional coupling and the torsional-torsional decoupling are decoupled.
