铸铁件产生缺陷或损坏后,修补方法很多。而氧乙炔焰热喷焊修复比其他一些修补方法具有下述优点: 1.喷焊设备简单,操作方便灵活,一般焊接维修人员易于掌握; 2.铸件预热温度低,仅250~300℃,对局部修复的工件不需要整体预热,喷焊温度局部在1000℃左右,不易产生热变形,可在现场修补; 3.喷涂层与工件基体之间产生分子互相扩散的冶金结合层,具有较高的结合强度; 4.喷涂层组织致密无孔,成型平整光洁,表面加工余量少;
