深圳火车北站站台雨棚采用国内外首创的四边形环索弦支结构,实现了约6.8万m2 43 X 28m柱网的超大型建筑空间要求。拉索、钢棒是整个结构的核心关键,其技术难度大,施工非常复杂。本文针对四边形环索弦支结构的结构特点进行节点构造设计,并通过有限元施工模拟分析并确定张拉方案,提出安装、张拉以及监控调整等施工技术。本工程的成功为类似工程提供了很好的借鉴。
The shelter of Shenzhen North Railway Station platform adopts the tetragonal ring and cable string structure pioneered both at home and abroad, realizing the huge space requirement of about 68,000 m2 43 X 28m column net. Cable, steel bar is the core of the whole structure of the key, its technical difficulty, the construction is very complicated. In this paper, according to the structural characteristics of the tether ring cable string structure, the node structure design is carried out. The construction plan of the tether ring cable string structure is simulated and the tensioning plan is determined through the finite element analysis. The construction technology such as installation, tensioning and monitoring adjustment are proposed. The success of this project provides a good reference for similar projects.
