以应力分析为基础的压力容器设计法是当前国内外压力容器技术迅速发展的一个标志。因为这种方法对应力能按不同性质加以恰当的分类与评定,既能保证压力容器的安全,又可设计体轻质优的容器,我国自1980年以来,由化工部、机械部和中国石油化工总公司组织进行了“以应力分析为基础的石油化工压力容器规范”的编制工作,预计1984年发行。本文概要介绍其编制依据、设计准则及大致内容,着重介绍这个规范的三大基础问题:弹性或弹塑性分析、应力分类和应力极限、材料的考虑。
The design of pressure vessel based on stress analysis is a sign of the rapid development of pressure vessel technology at home and abroad. Because this method of stress can be different according to different properties to be properly classified and assessed, both to ensure the safety of pressure vessels, but also the design of lightweight and lightweight containers, China since 1980, the Ministry of Chemical Industry, Ministry of Machinery and PetroChina Chemical Corporation organized a “stress analysis based on petrochemical pressure vessel Code,” the preparation work is expected to issue in 1984. This article gives an overview of its preparation basis, design guidelines and general content, focusing on the three basic issues of this code: elastic or elastoplastic analysis, stress classification and stress limits, material considerations.
