利用Bosch胆总管结扎法,建立犬肝硬化门脉高压模型,测定当归对犬门脉压力及胃粘膜血流的影响。结果静滴当归注射液后,肝硬化犬的门静脉压力(Ppv)、嵌塞肝静脉压(WHVP)、肝静脉压力梯度(HVPG)显著降低或极显著降低(P<0.05~0.01),平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)无显著变化(P>0.05)。肝硬化犬的胃粘膜血流(GMBF)极显著低于正常犬(P<0.01)。用药10min后,肝硬化犬与正常犬的GMBF显著升高(P<0.05),60min后GMBF有所下降,但仍显著高于用药前(P<0.05)。
Bosch common bile duct ligation was used to establish a model of canine cirrhosis portal hypertension. The effects of Angelica sinensis on portal pressure and gastric mucosal blood flow were determined. Results After intravenous infusion of Danggui injection, portal vein pressure (Ppv), impaction hepatic vein pressure (WHVP), and hepatic vein pressure gradient (HVPG) of cirrhosis dogs were significantly decreased or significantly decreased (P<0.05-0.01). There was no significant change in pressure (MAP) and heart rate (HR) (P>0.05). Gastric mucosal blood flow (GMBF) was significantly lower in cirrhosis dogs than in normal dogs (P<0.01). After 10 minutes of treatment, GMBF in cirrhosis dogs and normal dogs increased significantly (P<0.05), and GMBF decreased after 60 min, but it was still significantly higher than before treatment (P<0.05).
