每年春季,社队和家家户户窖藏的马铃薯,由于气温升高,管理不善,往往会大量发芽。食用了发芽的马铃薯会中毒,轻者腹痛腹泻,严重者如得不到及时抢救会有生命危险。千万不可麻痹大意!马铃薯中含有一种毒素叫龙葵碱,一般含量极微,不会引起中毒,但这种毒素在马铃薯嫩芽中含量很高,约千分之五,因此,吃多了发芽的马铃薯就会中毒。发芽马铃薯的中毒症状,先是上腹部有烧灼感或疼痛,继有恶心呕吐,腹痛腹泻,严重者体温升 Every spring, the sugar cellars and the potatoes stored in households are often sprouted in large quantities due to the rising temperatures and poor management.
