导师制度的出现,对高职院校发展具有较好的促进作用。因此在工作中可以根据学生的需求,实施项目实训,大力推行导师制,使学生的学习成绩和个人能力得到同步提升。但是许多高职院校在推行导师制的过程中还存在师生比例失调、地域分布不平衡、相关配套制度不健全、学生的知识基础较差等问题,严重影响了高职院校导师制人才培养模式实践的效果。为了使导师制得到有效推广,本文分析目前我国高职院校在导师制的过程中存在的问题,并且找出有效的解决方法,使高职院校导师制人才培养目标的实现。
The advent of mentor system has a good role in promoting the development of higher vocational colleges. In order to effectively promote the tutor system, this article analyzes the existing problems in the process of tutor system in higher vocational colleges in our country, and find out effective solutions to make tutor talented person training target of higher vocational colleges realize.
