现今社会对教育公平问题的关注度越来越高,其中高中阶段的教育公平问题尤其热点,笔者以山东省这一教育大省为例通过对其教育公平问题现状的分析,提出了物质、制度以及教师等方面的问题,并根据文献的梳理,提出了相关的解决方案。
Nowadays, the society pays more and more attention to the problem of education fairness, especially the issue of education fairness in high school. The author takes Shandong Province, a large educational province as an example, to analyze the status quo of its educational equity and puts forward the material and system As well as teachers and other issues, and based on the literature, put forward the relevant solutions.
