本研究对MG450(400)/1100(930)-WD采煤机摇臂采用Creo进行精确虚拟样机建模及运动仿真分析,主要包括复杂铸造壳体、齿轮组及行星传动机构的建模,在建模后按齿轮副关系进行组装和运动仿真。通过精确的虚拟样机建模和运动仿真,可直观观察模型及运动状态,并检验图纸设计中的壳体、齿轮组及行星传动机构的尺寸,杜绝出现干涉、错位等问题,可使样机减少试制成本,提早进入市场,带来经济效益。
In this paper, precise virtual prototyping and motion simulation analysis of the MG450 (400) / 1100 (930) -WD shearer rocker using Creo are carried out, including modeling of complex cast shells, gear sets and planetary transmission mechanisms.
