目的探讨重组生长激素对肝硬化肝细胞表达生长激素受体的调控作用。方法检测不同浓度的重组生长激素 (0、13 3、133 3、1333ng/ml)干预后大鼠肝硬化肝细胞生长激素受体的数量变化。结果培养后肝硬化肝细胞生长激素受体的数量 (10 4 /cell)分别为 0 73± 0 13、1 14± 0 17、1 2 3± 0 2 1、0 6 8± 0 10 (P <0 0 5 )。结论在一定浓度范围内重组生长激素对肝硬化肝细胞的生长激素受体具有正性调控作用
Objective To investigate the regulatory effect of recombinant growth hormone on the expression of growth hormone receptor in hepatocirrhosis hepatocytes. Methods The changes of hepatocyte growth hormone receptor in rats with cirrhosis induced by different concentrations of recombinant growth hormone (0, 133, 133, 1333 ng / ml) were detected. Results The number of hepatocellular growth hormone receptor (10 4 / cell) in cirrhosis after culture was 0 73 ± 0 13,1 14 ± 0 17,1 2 3 ± 0 2 1,0 6 8 ± 0 10, respectively (P < 0 0 5). Conclusion Recombinant human growth hormone regulates the growth hormone receptor of hepatocirrhosis hepatocytes in a certain concentration range
