随着素质教学的不断深入,高中英语的教学重心,不再仅仅停留在对学生应试能力的培养上,对于学生英语学习思维的培养,也成为老师重要的教学目的。其中,帮助学生积极的拓展课外阅读,可以有效提高学生的英语学习能力,但是,在实际的调查中发现,当下高中生的英语课外阅读情况并不容乐观,所以,老师在教学中,不妨采用元认知策略,来提高学生的英语课外阅读质量。
