在充氧气氛的真空室中用电子束快速蒸发NiO粉末颗粒的方法制备了氧化镍薄膜,所制备的薄膜在-0.6~+0.8V电势下无需活化即已具有很好的电致变色性能,在550nm波长的透射率变化范围达23.4%~92.0%.在初始的几十次电化学循环中,薄膜致色深度随循环次数的增加而加深,稳定后的最大透射率调制范围在可见光谱达20.5%~77.4%,太阳光谱为27.2%~69.1%.薄膜在致色时的电流响应时间为15s,消色时响应时间为7s.电化学循环时,阳极和阴极电流随循环次数而增加,表明薄膜中活化中心随循环次数而逐渐增加
Nickel oxide thin films were prepared by electron beam rapid evaporation of NiO powder particles in an oxygen-filled vacuum chamber. The prepared thin films were very electro-chromic without activation at a potential of -0.6 ~ + 0.8V The transmittance of 550nm wavelength ranges from 23.4% to 92.0%. In the initial dozens of electrochemical cycles, the color depth of the film deepens with the increase of the number of cycles. The maximum transmittance after modulation is in the range of 20.5% -77.4% of the visible spectrum and the solar spectrum is 27. 2% to 69.1%. Film in the color when the current response time of 15s, achromatic response time of 7s. Electrochemical cycles, the anode and cathode current increases with the number of cycles, indicating that the activation center of the film with the number of cycles and gradually increased
