随动控制是伺服控制的一种,属于一种反馈控制。它的给定值在很大范围内变化,可使系统的随动变量快速、准确地跟随给定值任意变化。主要解决一定精度的跟随问题。本文介绍使用多台自整角机分别实现对多台驱动电机转子位置信号的检测,应用单片机对采集到的信号进行处理和传送,提出基于单片机和变频器对异步电机转速实施闭环控制的随动伺服控制系统,实现高性能的电机异地随动控制。
Follow-up control is a kind of servo control, belonging to a kind of feedback control. Its setpoint changes over a wide range allows the system’s follow-up variables to follow any given setpoint quickly and accurately. Mainly to solve a certain degree of accuracy to follow the problem. This paper introduces the use of multiple self-alignment angle of the motor to achieve multiple rotor position signal detection, the application of single-chip collected signal processing and transmission, based on the microcontroller and inverter asynchronous motor speed implementation of closed-loop control of the servo Servo control system, to achieve high-performance motor remote control.
