目的 观察大鼠大脑中动脉阻塞再灌注 (MCAO R)后转化生长因子β1(TGF β1)表达的变化及其意义。方法 采用免疫组织化学方法检测TGF β1在缺血再灌注脑组织损伤中的变化情况。 结果 再灌注后 6h ,缺血再灌注组脑组织TGF β1阳性细胞数较相应的假手术组和正常对照组显著增加(P<0 .0 1) ;正常组、假手术组仅在少数血管中有微弱的TGF β1阳性表达 ,而缺血再灌注组脑梗死区神经元、胶质细胞和血管内皮细胞和平滑肌细胞中TGF β1均有显著增强的阳性表达 ,另外 ,在软脑膜血管内皮细胞和平滑肌细胞中也可见TGF β1阳性细胞表达。 结论 脑缺血再灌注损伤可诱导TGF β1表达持续增高
Objective To observe the changes of transforming growth factor β1 (TGF β1) expression and its significance after middle cerebral artery occlusion and reperfusion (MCAO R) in rats. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the changes of TGF-β1 in brain tissue during ischemia-reperfusion. Results At 6h after reperfusion, the number of TGFβ1 positive cells in brain tissue of ischemia-reperfusion group was significantly higher than that of corresponding sham-operated group and normal control group (P <0.01); in normal group and sham-operated group, There was a weak positive expression of TGFβ1, whereas TGFβ1 in neurons, glial cells, vascular endothelial cells and smooth muscle cells in cerebral infarction area of ischemia-reperfusion group was significantly enhanced positive expression, in addition, in the pia mater vascular endothelial cells and TGF [beta] 1 positive cells are also expressed in smooth muscle cells. Conclusion Cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury can induce the expression of TGF-β1 to continuously increase
