含硼20CrNi2Mo钢齿轮渗碳淬火后,在齿根部位产生黑色屈氏体组织,使齿根表面硬度及显微硬度梯度降低,未能达到技术要求,对其产生原因进行了分析。结果表明,由于淬火冷却不足,导致过冷奥氏体在高温区即发生分解,未能转变为马氏体组织,而发生珠光体型转变生成屈氏体。
After carburizing and quenching of 20CrNi2Mo steel with boron, black troostite was produced on the tooth root, which reduced the surface hardness and the microhardness gradient of the tooth root, failed to meet the technical requirements and analyzed the causes. The results show that due to insufficient quenching and cooling, the supercooled austenite decomposes in the high temperature zone, and fails to transform into martensite and pearlite to form troostite.
