目的探讨分析婴幼儿保健工作中的有效模式、应用效果以及相应要点。方法选取我院接收的体检婴幼儿60例,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,各30例。对照组行常规健康体检,而观察组在此基础上实施早期教育训练,并对家长培训相关综合知识。分析两组疾病、智力、身高、体重、心理等情况。结果观察组的疾病、智力、身高、体重、心理等情况改善明显优于对照组,且组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论婴幼儿保健工作中开展早期教育训练之后,能够显著改善婴幼儿疾病、智力、身高、体重、心理等情况,并提升其生存质量,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze and analyze the effective mode, application effect and corresponding points in infant health care. Methods Totally 60 infants and young children receiving physical examination in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. Control group routine physical examination, and the observation group on the basis of the implementation of early education and training, and training of parents related to comprehensive knowledge. Analysis of two groups of diseases, intelligence, height, weight, psychological and so on. Results The improvement of disease, intelligence, height, weight and psychology in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Early childhood education in infants and young children’s health care work can significantly improve the disease, intelligence, height, weight, psychology and other conditions in infants and young children, and improve their quality of life, worthy of clinical promotion.
