Objective To investigate the biological significance of BCSG1 and CD105 in the occurrence and development of breast cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of BC-SG1 and CD105 in 40 cases of breast fibroadenoma, 20 cases of ductal carcinoma in situ and 62 cases of invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast. Results The positive expressions of BCSG1 and CD105 in the three groups of breast cancer tissues were statistically significant (P <0.05). The positive expression rate of BCSG1 and CD105 in invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast was significantly higher than that of normal breast tissues, which suggested the infiltration and angiogenesis of breast tumors were enhanced. Conclusion The combined detection of two indicators of the expression status will contribute to the early diagnosis and prognosis of breast cancer.
