中国科学院文献情报中心最近在“进创新、进新馆”的“双进”过程中,开展“四新”征文活动——围绕“新理念、新服务、新形象、新管理”进行讨论,鼓励全体职工献计献策,这一活动本身体现了一种创新的思想和服务理念。在此基础上,我们应创造一个更宽松、更民主、更合理的学术环境,要鼓励更多的文献情报工作者参与学术研究,应使学术论文成为文献情报机构创新思想的重要载体。从中文图书资讯学文献摘要资料数据库(简称CLISA)所反映的资料 Recently, the Chinese Academy of Sciences Center for Documentation and Information carried out “four new” essay activities in the process of “double entry ” of “entering innovation, entering into new museum” - focusing on the theme of “new ideas, new services, new images, New management ”to discuss and encourage all employees to give advice and suggestions, this activity itself reflects a kind of innovative ideas and service concept.
