以个体图书馆为对象的传统管理模式不能适应图书馆网络化建设管理与服务的需要,改革旧的管理体制,建立新的管理体制及其运行机制,实现机构、人员、资源、技术重组是当务之急。
The traditional management mode targeting at individual libraries can not meet the needs of library network management and service reform. It is imperative to reform the old management system and establish a new management system and operation mechanism so as to realize the institution, personnel, resources and technology reorganization .
