一、引言目前,用脉宽调制的方法提高功放效率己成为广播发射机的发展趋向之一。美国在六十年代末期研制成功利用脉宽调制的大功率广播发射机,西德在七十年代后半期成功制造出从长波到短波波段、100千瓦到600千瓦的发射机系列,具有功效高、成本低、工作稳定等可贵的优点。本文的目的旨在讨论脉宽调制运用于晶体管电路,得到某些结论也同样适用于电子管电路。
I. INTRODUCTION At present, the method of pulse width modulation to improve the power amplifier efficiency has become one of the development trends of broadcast transmitters. In the late 1960s, the United States successfully developed a pulse-modulated high-power broadcast transmitter. In the latter half of the 1970's, West Germany successfully manufactured a series of transmitters ranging from longwave to shortwave bands and ranging from 100 kW to 600 kW with high efficiency, Low cost, stable job and other valuable advantages. The purpose of this article is to discuss the use of pulse width modulation in transistor circuits and to conclude that some of the same holds true for tube circuits.
