介绍了一种高速旋转条件下 ,盘 /片 (耦合 )振动的新试验技术—用全息干涉术与图象消转技术结合对航空发动机盘 /片组合件进行振动特性试验研究。结果表明 ,运用这种方法记录的动态构件的全息图与振动理论分析和频谱记录的结果相符合 ,可望为新机设计和航机排故提供有效的测试手段。
A new test technique of disk / plate vibration under high speed rotation is introduced. The vibration characteristics of the aeroengine disk / plate assembly are experimentally studied with the combination of holographic interferometry and image deactivation technology. The results show that the holograms of dynamic components recorded by this method are in accordance with the theoretical analysis of vibration and the results of spectrum recording, which is expected to provide an effective test method for new aircraft design and aircraft troubleshooting.
