目的建立山慈菇(冰球子)的HPLC指纹图谱,为山慈菇(冰球子)药材的质量评价提供科学依据。方法采用Agilent1200 TopsilTM(拓谱)C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),乙腈和水为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 m L·min?1,检测波长为224 nm,柱温为30℃。结果 10批山慈菇(冰球子)药材HPLC指纹图谱共检出7个分离度良好的共有指纹峰。样品中参照物1,4-二[4-(葡萄糖氧)苄基]-2-异丁基苹果酸酯的含量有明显差别。结论该法简便、快速,可作为山慈菇(冰球子)的质量评价的有力手段。
OBJECTIVE To establish HPLC fingerprinting of Agkistrodon acutus (Hockey stick) to provide a scientific basis for the quality evaluation of Agkistrodon. Methods The Agilent 1200 TopsilTM C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and water with a gradient of 1.0 mL · min -1. The detection wavelength was 224 nm. The column temperature Is 30 ° C. Results The HPLC fingerprints of 10 batches of Agaricus bisporus (Hockey stick) were detected seven common fingerprint peaks with good resolution. The reference substance in the sample, 1,4-bis [4- (glucoseoxy) benzyl] -2-isobutyl malate content is obviously different. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and can be used as a powerful tool for the quality evaluation of Agrocybe aegerlus.
