电和磁二者关系密切,电流流动在其周围必然产生磁场,心动电压在胸廓内和胸腔表面形成分布电位,胸部周围生成弱磁场。心磁图(magnetcargiog-raphy,MCG)就是这种磁场的记录。心磁场十分弱,即使是最强的 QRS 波,强度也只有50pT,不过是地球磁场的十万分之一。记录这样弱磁场的仪器是二次微分型 SQUID 磁束计。测定方法被测者除去手表等金属饰物,仰卧位.传感器尽量靠近胸壁并与胸壁垂直,记录垂直磁场。记录心磁图没有固定位置,一般常用在心前壁能记录多数点的滤栅系统。求出磁场分布,计算出心起动电力。
