煤矿乏风中液态水的存在不仅降低乏风氧化发电的效率, 而且会给整个乏风利用设备带来安全隐患.通过分析, 对乏风除湿装置的工作原理及结构进行了优选和设计, 计算了乏风液态水量及其对发电量的影响, 并在山西潞安集团高河煤矿乏风氧化项目中对乏风除湿装置进行了应用.根据现场应用情况, 该型乏风除湿装置除湿效率高、阻力小、操作维护方便, 特别适合乏风利用领域的大流量、低成本、低阻力及乏风气体中携带有粉尘污染颗粒的恶劣环境条件要求.,The existence of liquid water in the exhausted air of coal mine not only reduces the efficiency of exhausted air oxidation power generation, but also brings great potential safety hazards to the whole exhausted air utilization equipment.
